My brother's friend found a stray Rottweiler and took her in, looking for her owners. She's still young, maybe 1 and a half years old or so. She looks like a German Shephard and Rottie mix. REALLY mild tempered, not fixed, no collar, but she knows commands and recognizes a can of dogfood right away.

Of course, we took lots of pictures since my brother's friend is coming at 7 in the morning to pick her up.

C'mon Lady, play with me!!!

You can see how shiny her coat is here, and her amazing posture

Belly rub!

I have lots more pictures if anyone's interested. Poor thing was whimpering at the back door, so we let her inside for the night. She's eager to play a bit, but calmed down some. Otherwise she's really mild-mannered, and Lady gets along well with her. We nicknamed her "Jade" for now. She tries to play with Lady, but Lady (being the 10 year old fogey she is) just stares at her and wags her tail. =P I have her in my room with Lady now, and she's still whimpering. Probably misses her people, wherever they are. She quiets down when I "shhh" at her, so I think she'll be okay overnight.

Such a gorgeous creature.

She is SO cute! If I didn't live in England, I'd adopt her in a heartbeat. She looks so friendly and happy! Thanks so much for posting.

awww she is so beautiful and the cocker spaniel is adorable too!! Her coat is so shiney she doesn't look like she was abused. I wonder what happened to her owner. :( poor little doggie...I wish I could take her in. I have a 14 1/2 year old puppy but my apt. doesn't allow doggies over 30 lbs.
